(Me)

My name is Karen and I'm nineteen. I'm only a little bit like Gaia: I have blonde hair and blue eyes and I'm not exactly a boy magnet (me <--- one sort-of boyfriend once). I don't exactly go out at night to kick ass, but I do love to play chess and I am a bit of an introvert. I took judo for a month and karate for a month. I don't have the name of a goddess, but my middle name, Naomi, means dainty and delicate (yea, right). I am actually quite the tomboy. I like to climb just about anything and dresses aren't really for me. I'm much happier in a t-shirt and shorts. (Does anyone else here get confused that Gaia seems to always be wearing her sweatshirt...even if it should be hot out?)

I've been reading the series for about four years now, ever since my mom spotted the first book on the shelf in Barnes and Noble and thought, "Hm, maybe Karen will like this?" The rest is history. I own all of the books (duh) and I needed to get another copy of the first because I've read and gone through it so many times. I was constantly making refrences to Fearless around my mom and sis, and they finally said, "Shut up! We're sick of it!" so now I only do it on the internet. I do know much more than I should about the series, though. You can tell by my website!

I'm a complete Ed fan, so don't even try to talk me into Jake or Sam. He should be the one she's with, not either of the other two...or should have been, seeing that one died and she left New York City. I myself love the city. Canal Street especially. Where else can you get a pair of earrings for a buck that will break the next day? I also love Central Park. And the fact that you can walk just about anywhere and get anything at 3 AM. And I find it really cool that Francine Pascal made so many references to places that actually exist. Aside from Taylor's, the pastry shop, which my friend Adrian said that he used to LOVE, but they closed it down. :(

I have one sister, Laurie, and only a couple friends, the most important of which are Adrian, Ashley, Amanda, Victoria, Andrew, and James. My sister and I get along decently, considering the fact that we're sisters.

Aside from the above, I'm also interested in computers, reading in general (not just Fearless of course) writing my own stories, forensics and crime scene investigation (no, NOT like the show, like REAL LIFE!) and taking alone time to let my introvert thrive. I miss my family's hyper dog Roxy and my princess cat, Cassie, because I'm away at college now. If you're really into Fearless or forensics, AIM me at fearlessgoddess2 sometime!
